34 Years of Vertical Integration, Zero Handoffs
One facility. Four processes. Every part traceable to its batch number. We manufacture what your BOM demands — in-house, on spec, on time.

1992
T.V. Plastics and Engineering began as a precision component supplier for local automotive OEMs. Over 34 continuous years, the facility expanded to cover injection moulding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and stamping — all under one roof.
No acquisitions, no outsourced subcontracts. Every process capability was built in-house and refined across thousands of OEM production runs.
Tolerance stack-up stops here
When plastic, metal, and assembly move between suppliers, tolerances drift and accountability disappears. We built a facility where every process — from mould to machined part to finished assembly — stays on one shop floor, under one QA log.
Precision is not a claim we make in a brochure. It is stamped on the part with the batch number.
